Tips on how to wear your hair on Graduation day

Graduation is an exciting day. It is a time when family and friends join in to celebrate your accomplishments. This is certainly a day when you will want to look your best. Here are The Style Bar’s tips on how to wear your hair (with that hat!) on Graduation day.

  1. Keep it low: Updos have a chance of getting lost underneath that cap, not to mention are extremely hard to keep neat. Go for a low pony or even a braid if you are craving some type of styled look. This will showcase your hair without it being a big hassle.

  2. Keep it loose: says, “Style your hair in a way that will make securing the cap easier. Graduation caps are easier to wear when the hair is kept loose. Avoid extravagant hair dos with intricate buns.” You all know how much we love a good blow out.

  3. Use products: Most graduations tend to be outside, so prepare your hair for the elements. We love Impermeable Anti-Humidity Spray from Oribe. Finish your style with Sebastian Shaper Zero Gravity hairspray. No frizz, no fuss!

  4. Pin it: Let’s be honest those caps really do not stay on well. Don’t be afraid to use bobby pins to keep things in place.
